Refund policy

Returns

We value your support and hope that you can appreciate our strict guidelines for returns. As we are a small business, we cannot absorb the cost for change of mind returns.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Change of mind returns cannot be issued a full refund, but can be returned for a store credit. 

Size exchange returns can be issued if your size remains in stock, otherwise a store credit will be issued

All shipping costs for returns, except for faulty or incorrect items, are at the buyers expense. If you need help organising return shipping, please contact us.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Faulty items will be refunded in full, including return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns on international orders unless the item is faulty.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
